“I believe passionately that ordinary people can do extraordinary things if we recognise and challenge the assumptions that hold us back from realising our full potential. And that by appreciating difference and welcoming resistance, we can develop effective partnerships built on openness and respect.”

Alison is a systemic coach and consultant to senior leaders and their teams. She helps them to enhance their resourcefulness and resilience in a complex, fast changing world. Her clients say that she engages quickly with their organisational issues and offers them a safe space where, with challenge and humour, she encourages them to explore and address some deeply ingrained habits or ways of working that might be holding them back. Integral to this deepened self-awareness is the capacity to appreciate their interconnectedness with different stakeholders and the potential impact of the wider environment in which they operate.

She has over 25 years of experience assisting leaders to build personal and corporate reputations for excellence, particularly through periods of critical change, and has advised clients across many sectors, both public, private and not for profit.

Alison is also an accredited supervisor of coaches, mentors and consultants. She works with individuals and with groups offering a confidential learning environment in which to explore current issues in depth and to broaden their repertoire through practice and experimentation. More >>
