"I am curious and interested in the developmental transitions in adult life and in particular, how we navigate what can be very challenging transitions, yet still remain effective and potent in our leadership."

Sue has been a leadership coach and facilitator of change in organizations for over 20 years, with Unilever and then since 1998 operating as an independent agent working alone and interdependently with other people who have a shared sense of purpose and values. Her experience ranges across many industry sectors: sport, legal, VCs, TV, retail, manufacturing, IT and a number of governmental organizations.

Sue also leads the south west Sadler Heath community, an organization established to support people who want to take responsibility for their own long-term personal development and thought leadership by working together with like-minded people in a safe and supportive environment.

Sue holds a PhD from Edinburgh University and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She continues to build both her coaching and facilitation capability and credentials through a self-directed programme of continued professional development. Sue is qualified to administer MBTI (step 1 and 2), Hogan, Harthill Leadership Framework and the Hay Inventory of Leadership Styles (EQ).

When not working, Sue enjoys time at home in Devon with her family (2 sons and 1 husband). Together they indulge in various activities – walking, artistic endeavours, cycling, Orc hunting, travel and camping. More recently, through her experience of supporting and caring for ageing parents, Sue has been drawn to some community-based activities; she is a Trustee with two charities that support people living with dementia and their partners and carers.
